A: Do you get an error message when trying to VERIFY your Google Workspace account by phone?

A)  What
Users are reporting being unable to verify their Google Workspace account with their mobile phone numbers due to error messages which are unclear.  If this is you-  read on:

There are different types of messages and they may be for different reasons but may be related.  The most common ones are:

1)  "This phone number cannot be used for verification."
2)  "This phone number has already been used too many times."
3)  "Sorry, we can't fulfil this request at this time. Please try again later or use a different phone number."
4)  "Something went wrong. Try again."
5) "Oops!  A problem has occurred, verification did not complete OK"
6)  "There was a problem sending a verification code to •••••••••••. Please enter a different phone number."

B)  Suggestions:
  • Google suggest trying a different phone number, by a different provider even.  The phone number does not need to be your own.
  • Users report being able to verify after waiting at least 24 hours (I recommend waiting at least 72 hours, preferably even 168 hours if at all possible) and also by picking the other option of the two-  SMS or call.  Meaning that if you've previously opted to receive a text message, then opt to receive a call instead (and vice versa).
  • If that fails-  please reach out to Google Workspace support (and, yes, you might not have the obvious means, but there are ways even without access to the admin account):  https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213  Note:  if you are a Google Workspace end user, and you are not the admin, you will need to reach out to your Google Workspace admin in the first instance.  This may be your work's IT department.

@User 12892503578938437157-  I am sorry that your reply here has disappeared, but to let you know that I received it and am passing it on.

Unfortunately the only "solutions" are the ones suggested.  :(  If you cannot make headway with a different number and/or waiting a minimum of 24 hours and choosing the call option if you previously opted for the text option (and vice-versa), then you should get in touch with Google Workspace support using the social media link.  You could also try this contact form to help with recovery:  https://support.google.com/a/contact/recovery_form which seems quite counter-intuitive, but which can get dialogue going.

Witam nie mogę odzyskac hasła na mojego maila bo chce weryfikację numeru telefonu którego już nie mam inne sposoby nie działają szukałem pomocy w Google lecz nic nie pomaga możecie mi jakoś pomóc bo to konto mam wiele lat i tam są moje wszystkie dane i wgl
@Rysiu Rysiu-  if you are the Google Workspace admin (who this thread is for), then you would need to use the information provided and, perhaps, contact Google Workspace support.  If you are using a consumer (free) Google Account-  this wont help you.

2. I tried to login my workspace root account. Firstly I was asked to use rescue email to receive verification code, then I got stuck on phone verification. I tried 10 numbers but all the same: This phone number cannot be used for verification.

4) Yota, я пробовал 3 оператора мобильного телефона, все те же ошибки, я устал от вашего безопасности, гуглам абсолютно все равно на проблемы пользователей, я хочу войти в свой аккаунт это важно для меня, но система просто не дает мне в него войти, ПОМОГИТЕ МНЕ!!!
5) Пробовал 5 разных номеров, и да другие провайдеры Российские, МТС, МЕГАФОН, ЙОТА, БИЛАЙН, ВСЕ ПРОБОВАЛ, БЕЗ ШАНСОВ ПРОСТО.
Я каждый день пытаюсь войти в свой аккаунт, и каждый день та же ошибка, это бессмысленно, а гугл поддержке все равно на проблемы пользователей) Номер то у меня при себе, мобильный телефон тоже, просто абсурд!!!!!!!!!!!!

Attempted to sign into email gmail account and receive the following error message:  Your organization's Google Workspace account has been suspended.
Please contact your Google Workspace Organization Administrator to re-activate your organization.

It was working 5 days ago, I have no outstanding subscriptions, and not even sure if I'm an administer but I'm the only one who uses this type of stuff so thinking it's me or should be me.  And if it's not me, then we have a problem because I've been doing this job 5 years and the last person has moved away.  I've changed my email password, rebooted, but still the error remains.  This is my work email and it's never abused.  Not sure what to do at this point.   In WA state, US. for work

Besides when I do try to verify myself, tell me to go to my email to verify but... I can't get into my account and nothing goes to my backup email account

2. I create new workspace and try to login my admin account.

4. I try 2 different provider. Main provider is Bakcell and second is Azercell
5. I try multiple numbers from different providers, but result the same. 


@Emin Bayramzadeh-  unfortunately you will need to try a different network/provider as some of them have been restricted for SMS receipt in your country.

I have tried five different phones and different service the damage is already done to my accounts

Do you get an error message when trying to VERIFY your Google Workspace account by phone? If so, ensure that you’re entering the correct phone number format and try using a different phone number if available. 1. "There was a problem sending you a verification code. Please request a new code and try again."
2. Trying to login into three different existing accounts created using work domain. The message is the same for all the three associated numbers. So Google is unable to send the code, it never comes and it doesn't provide any other options. Other accounts that are currently logged in are working just fine (including the admin account).

5. It doesn't provide this option. If you try to use other number during login, it says "This number doesn’t match the one you provided. Try again."

1- I'm receiving those 2 Messages, when trying different Numbers:
     1 and 2
2- I'm trying to log in to my new created workspace account. I've just created the account, and i was already logged in, and after that, i logged out automatically, then after trying to log in again, i received this window, which i have to verify myself using a phone number.
3- Egypt.
4- if you mean the Company (Eitsalat and Vodafone and Orange), if you mean the Persons ( my numbers, and Family's and friend's Numbers).
