"How to verify my app in AdMob if it is published on RuStore (Russian store not listed in AdMob)?

I'm publishing my Android app on RuStore (https://apps.rustore.ru), an official Russian app marketplace.
The problem is: RuStore is not listed among the app stores in AdMob's verification section. This prevents me from linking my app properly during the setup process.
I’m worried this may result in limited ad serving or delays in monetization. I’ve contacted RuStore support, and they confirmed the issue is on the AdMob side, and recommended reaching out to you.
Also, I want to clarify something about app-ads.txt:
I published a valid app-ads.txt file on my domain (the same domain I submitted in RuStore)
Will AdMob successfully verify this file if the app is not on Google Play but instead on RuStore?
Does RuStore need to do something extra to support app-ads.txt validation from your side?
I just want to make sure everything works properly, that my ads will serve without restrictions, and that my app is in full compliance.
