I have removed the DMCA content from my website but still unable to request a review

I have received a DMCA notice from AdSense in the Policy centre, I have remove that web page from my Website but unable to request a review. There is only one option which is suggesting me to fill a form, but the instructions are crystal clear that if the centent is deleted and copyright strike is real, then do not fill this form. So what should I do and how to request a review that I have removed that web page.

There is no way to ask them to look again.

Have you removed all copyright content from your website? (Not just ones which have been found)

Hello Dear LennonNZ Sir, Acctulley One of my boy mistakenly uploaded some copyrighted things on some posts, so then AdSense disabled all ads on my site, this is not fair bro, then I checked it and deleted the copyrighted things, then I sent a request review but adsense not approve my request, then I checked again on my site and I didn't found any copyright things but adsense reject my request again and again, I am so confused at this time, I lost my 3-month revenue, Please Tell Me What can i do now.
