Doc stuck in upload position. It states 'waiting to upload'.

The doc has just frozen. It states 'waiting to upload', and the wheel is going round and round. My wifi is working OK. I've restarted my Android phone. I've scanned another doc and that uploaded straight away.

I can't move or delete it.

Any suggestions.

Please, do the following steps and then try to upload your file again:

Clear cache and data of Google Play Services: Go to Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Services -> Storage -> Clear Cache and Clear Data
Clear cache and data of Google Drive: Go to Settings -> Apps -> Google Drive -> Storage -> Clear Cache and Clear Data
