How to fix / appeal a 'compromised site' when I don't have any policy issues?

My ad was disapproved for 'compromised site', but it's a fairly young site and it's build in Wix, so I believe this is a false positive. 

I called support twice and was dropped for 'insufficient resources' each time when the support person went to direct my call the ads team. I then went to chat via the help page and was put through the same verification before being told to help the help page and the chat was disconnected.

I've been going in circles on this for about an hour. Hopefully someone here can help.

I am having the same issue and not getting anywhere with getting resolved.  
Very frustrating when I want to run ads and spend money on their platform.

If you believe if some plugin on code on your website is triggering this the try to remove that code/plugin for sometime and appeal it. Google won't provide you phone support and try to email/chat and ask them some reference link so you can investigate at your end.

please help us google ads are not running due to compromised policy

I'm also facing the same issue and the most irritating thing, there is no way to talk with Google ads customer service. All the forms redirect to connect via WhatsApp or line.me. But where is the WhatsApp contact number? where to go on line.me? 

Furthermore, there is no error on the Google search console, plugins, and more. That's why, I'm exhausted now. Is there anyone who can help or guide us to fix this issue?

  1. Check your site using the following tool or a similar one: https://scanner.pcrisk.com/

  2. If the check comes back clean, contact Support again: https://support.google.com/google-ads/gethelp. If you are given the option to send an email, do so. Explain the issue and attach a screenshot with the check results. Request a manual review of the account.

Some time they behave like Chindi Company. They don't clearly mark or mention the faulty part, link or software. They talk broadly with a message "Disapproved Compromised Site". My ad campaigns are working very well but yesterday all my ads stopped due to this issue. I checked my whole website and nothing found wrong.

Does your site have a valid privacy policy that you're making available to google?
