Use of Vpn Service is not a permitted use case
I face this issue "Use of VpnService is not a permitted use case We are unable to confirm your app's declared use of VpnService as a permitted use case."
i update my app but still same issue

- Review the Google Play policy on VpnService. The Google Play policy on VpnService can be found here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/12564964. This policy states that the use of VpnService is only permitted for apps that provide a VPN service as their primary function. If your app does not provide a VPN service as its primary function, then you will need to remove the VpnService permission from your app.
- Update your app's manifest file. Once you have removed the VpnService permission from your app, you will need to update your app's manifest file. The manifest file is a file that contains information about your app, such as its name, version, and permissions. To update your app's manifest file, you will need to use an XML editor.
- Submit your app for review again. Once you have updated your app's manifest file, you can submit your app for review again. Google Play will review your app and determine if it meets the requirements for the Google Play policy on VpnService.
